We all get busy during the summer time with vacations, outdoor activities and sports. Some of us don’t even think twice about how dirty our jewelry gets. Here are some helpful at home cleaning tips to keep your jewelry nice and sparkly. These cleaning guides are perfect for your busy schedule and are easy to do yourself!

GOLD

Soak jewelry in the solution for 30 minutes.

Scrub jewelry with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

Rinse gold with warm running water.

– Putting your gold in boiling water is not recommended

DIAMONDS

Mix a few drops of liquid dish soap with hot water.

Dip a medium-bristle toothbrush into solution.

PEARLS

After every wear, wipe pearls with a soft cloth. Keep pearls clean by remembering “Last On, First Off”.

Pearls should be the final touch to any outfit to avoid makeup, lotion, perfume, etc.

Store pearls flat and separately in a fabric compartment. This will prevent the pearls from stretching and getting scratched.

Wear your pearls often to help prevent them from drying out.
